From 1990 to 1994, she worked as an associate attorney at a boutique employment law firm in Portland, where she developed her skills in pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, and litigation in both state and federal courts.
Her dual experience as a clerk and an associate attorney gave her a knowledge of the legal field in Oregon. In addition to her litigation work, Kathy provides counsel on workplace policies and conducts training sessions for employers.
