About Katherine Audrianna
Katherine Audrianna Roe built her legal foundation in Northern California. She earned a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012. Earlier academic work includes graduate study at Notre Dame de Namur University and an undergraduate degree in sociology and criminal justice from the University of Saint Thomas.
Her first post-law school role put her inside an academic clinic. In 2012 she served as a clinical fellow and lawyer at the Pacific McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic. That position placed her at the intersection of health care rules and the practical needs of older adults. It also exposed her to administrative proceedings and client counseling in sensitive settings.
Roe moved into private practice the following year. In 2013 she joined Haworth Bradshaw as an associate lawyer. The next documented step came in 2015 when she worked as an associate at Fraulob Brown. Those firm roles broadened her exposure to courtroom procedure and case management. They also added experience in client advocacy outside of the clinic environment.
Her professional memberships reflect that trajectory. Roe is a member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento and the Sacramento County Bar Association. She holds a current leadership role as secretary of the Sacramento Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Those affiliations keep her connected to local practice developments and to attorneys who handle administrative and benefits matters.
Roe now practices under the banner of the Law Office of Katherine Roe. The practice handles matters that grow out of her earlier clinic and bar work. She has experience working with elder law issues and health-related legal concerns that affect adults and families. She also represents people in Social Security claimant matters and participates in administrative hearings on their behalf.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparation and direct in court settings. Clients have found that approach useful when dealing with tight deadlines and complex benefit applications. She places emphasis on clear communication and on explaining procedures so clients understand what happens next.
She is licensed to practice in California and remains active in Sacramento’s legal community. Her current practice focuses on elder and health law matters and on representing Social Security claimants.
