About Karen
Karen Kealy is a lawyer whose training combines finance and law. She earned a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University–Stillwater, then went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. That combination of business and legal education informs how she approaches cases and client counseling.
She has worked at Kealy Law Center, PLLC since 2013. Over the years she has litigated in state and federal settings and is admitted to practice in Texas and before the Tenth Circuit. Those admissions allow her to handle matters that move between state courts and federal appellate review.
Kealy added a mediation credential to her practice through Lakewood College and is a Certified Professional Mediator. She uses mediation as an alternative path to resolution and often pairs that skill with courtroom work. The result is a practice that balances negotiated outcomes and trial preparation.
She holds current membership in professional associations. That membership supports professional development and offers access to resources she can call on in complex matters. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in the courtroom and methodical when preparing cases, traits that reflect her finance background and legal training.
In recent years her work has continued at Kealy Law Center, PLLC, where she represents clients in matters that require both litigation and dispute resolution. She maintains an active mediation practice alongside her litigation caseload. Kealy currently practices at Kealy Law Center, PLLC and focuses on litigation and mediation in the jurisdictions where she is admitted.
