About Karen Beth

Karen Beth Weintraub is a board-certified marital and family law attorney based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. Since 2007, she has been a principal and shareholder at Sidweber & Weintraub, P.A., a firm specializing exclusively in marital and family law. Prior to this, she was a partner at Bluestein, Wayne & Weintraub P.A.

in Miami from 1996 to 2007. Ms. Weintraub has been board-certified in marital and family law since 2012, a distinction that recognizes her expertise in the field. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Florida since 2015.

In addition to her legal practice, she has served as a certified parent coordinator since 2017, assisting families in managing child custody disputes. She has also been appointed to teach advanced family law trial advocacy seminars and has lectured on the topic of family law trials at law schools. Ms. Weintraub is a member of the Florida Bar and the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
