About Kaitlin F
Kaitlin F Wildoner studied business administration at Flagler College before earning her law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2012. She left law school prepared for courtroom and office work alike. The education combined liberal arts and legal training, and it set the stage for a steady climb through early legal roles.
Her first post-graduate position came in 2013 as a law clerk at Ashcraft & Gerel. In that role she supported trial preparation, conducted legal research and drafted memoranda and pleadings. The work provided daily exposure to litigation practice and the mechanics of case development. It offered a hands-on introduction to the rhythms of a litigation-focused practice.
In 2015 she joined Harris Guidi Rosner, P.A. as a lawyer. There she handled client matters, appeared in court and helped manage case files. The experience broadened her familiarity with procedural practice in Florida courts and the demands of representing clients under deadlines. It was a period of building practical skills and learning how to manage a varied caseload.
In 2018 she established Wildoner Law. Founding her own firm shifted responsibilities beyond casework. She took on firm management, client intake and the business side of running an office while continuing to represent clients. That step allowed her to shape how legal services are delivered from initial consultation through case resolution.
Outside the office she has been active in professional and community organizations. She has been a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division since 2015 and joined both the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers in 2016. She has also been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since 2009. Those memberships reflect ongoing ties to the legal community and to local volunteer efforts.
Her practice operates in Florida and reflects the range of experiences she has accumulated from clerkship through private practice. She represents clients from the firm’s offices and handles the procedural and strategic elements of cases that come before state courts. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing matters and pragmatic in advising clients on next steps.
She currently operates Wildoner Law and serves clients throughout Florida, concentrating her practice on representing individual and business clients in state matters.
