About Kaine Robert
Kaine Robert Fisher is a senior partner and director of the Family Law Department at Rose Law Group PC, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 2006 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Mr. Fisher earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005. He developed a strong foundation in legal principles. Prior to his law degree, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Sociology of Law, from Miami University of Ohio in 2001.
Since relocating to Arizona, Mr. Fisher developed his practice to focus on high-conflict, high-asset family law matters. His expertise encompasses many domestic relations cases, including divorce, legal separation, and complex spousal maintenance. He is experienced in business valuation, paternity issues, child custody disputes, and parenting time arrangements. Additionally, he handles child support cases, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, modifications, and grandparent’s rights. Fisher achieved certification as a family law specialist by the Arizona State Bar. He serves as a Vanguard Member for the Sojourner Center, a domestic violence shelter, where he conducts monthly workshops for residents.

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Fisher enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Alexandra, and their three children: Dylan, Landon, and Camila. He finds joy in traveling, playing softball, and supporting The Ohio State Buckeyes, showcasing his focus on both family and sports.
