About K. Daria
K. Daria Szwajkun earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1984. Her coursework included corporate, taxation and immigration law, giving her early exposure to areas that would shape her practice.
She has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1987 and joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 1995. Those memberships reflect a steady involvement in both the state bar and a national immigration community over many years.
Szwajkun is admitted to practice in Michigan and before federal tribunals, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
