About K. Alicia
K. Alicia Reiff built a steady legal career from early clerking roles to positions at several firms and her own practice. She first appears in recorded legal work as a law clerk in 2005 at Bricker, Landis, Hunsberger & Gingrich, LLP. That early exposure to firm practice set a foundation for a sequence of increasingly responsible positions over the next decade and a half.
In 2012 she returned to clerking at The Law Offices of Amy S. Newman, PC, and also served as an intern to the Honorable Robert J. Mellon. The following year she joined The Law Offices of Amy S. Newman, PC as an associate. Those years in smaller office environments gave her hands-on experience in case preparation and courtroom procedure.
By 2015 Reiff moved to the Legal Empowerment Group as an associate. She spent that time handling client matters and developing practical courtroom skills. In 2017 she opened The Law Offices of K. Alicia Reiff and served as the managing lawyer there. Running her own office required juggling client intake, case strategy, and the administrative side of a practice.
In 2020 she worked as an associate for Divorce Lawyers at Divorce Done Right and also joined Petrelli Previtera, LLC as an associate. Those roles indicate a steady thread of family law work across different settings, from boutique practices to more established firms. Her career path shows a mix of solo practice and collaborative firm roles.
Outside of casework, Reiff has been active in local bar circles. She has held membership in the Montgomery Bar Association since 2013 and participates in its Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Section. She also holds membership in Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, since 2019. Her association memberships reflect engagement with both legal colleagues and broader professional communities.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and clear in client communications. She has navigated the variety of responsibilities that come with being both a managing lawyer and an associate at different firms. That breadth of experience has translated into practical courtroom work and client-facing advocacy.
As of 2026, Reiff practices at Petrelli Previtera, LLC, where she continues to handle family law matters. Her current practice concentrates on family law at Petrelli Previtera, LLC.
