About Justin
Justin Manchester pursued a traditional path into the law that began in Colorado and led to Texas practice. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Denver in 2006. He then attended Baylor Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2009.
Manchester began his legal career the year he finished law school. In 2009 he worked at The Law Offices of Martin A. Harry. The following year he joined Rob Wiley, P.C., where he handled litigation matters and gained trial-room exposure. In 2014 he moved into public service as a lawyer for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, a role that expanded his understanding of administrative law and client advocacy within state systems. In 2015 he took on an of counsel position at Stacy Cole Law, P.C., a step that aligned him more closely with employment litigation and related practice areas.
He is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. That credential marks a deliberate professional choice to concentrate on workplace law and employment disputes. It also reflects a measured trajectory from early litigation assignments to specialization.
Manchester holds memberships in several professional organizations. He is active in the Texas State Bar and the Dallas Bar Association.
