About Justin M
Justin M Brick built a career that moves between solo practice and firm life. He started in the classroom and has kept a steady line of professional choices since. His path reads plainly: an undergraduate degree in geoscience, a law degree, a small firm he started, and then a position at a regional firm.
He earned a B.A. in Geoscience from Penn State University in 2008 and a J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2012. Those academic stops shaped the way he approaches factual detail and legal analysis. Classrooms and case files alike have required the same habit: careful attention to evidence.
A few years after finishing law school he launched his own practice. In 2014 he was the founding president of Brick Law, PLLC. That period put him in charge of both the legal work and the administrative side of running a small firm. Putting together client files, managing deadlines, and overseeing business decisions gave him experience beyond courtroom practice.
In 2021 he took a role as an associate at Bogin, Munns & Munns. The move shifted him into a different environment, one with the resources and structures of an established firm. At Bogin, Munns & Munns he has worked alongside colleagues on matters handled out of the firm’s offices in Florida. His career has alternated between leading a boutique practice and collaborating within a larger team, and those different experiences inform how he handles cases and interacts with clients.
He holds professional memberships and remains active in the legal community in Florida. Those associations have kept him connected to continuing education and local legal developments. Whether running a solo shop or serving on a firm roster, he has maintained a steady presence in Florida’s bar landscape.
Now based at Bogin, Munns & Munns, he continues to practice law in Florida. He currently focuses his practice on matters arising under Florida law.
