About Justin Hamilton
Justin Hamilton King earned his B.A. in political science from Claremont McKenna College in 2006. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2009. Those years set the foundation for a practice that combines courtroom work with involvement in the local legal community.
After law school King gained admission to the California bar and to the Central and Northern Districts of the United States District Court. He established the Law Offices of Justin H. King to handle litigation and related matters in state and federal settings. He represents clients in court and manages the caseload and operations of his office.
King has been active in professional organizations for more than a decade. Since 2014 he has been a board member of the John Lewis King Memorial Scholarship and of the Inland Empire chapter of Consumer Lawyers of California. Those roles have kept him involved in scholarship administration and in the regional network of plaintiffs’ counsel. In 2024 he began a two-year term as president of the San Bernardino County Bar Association, a role that places him in a visible position for bar governance and community programs through 2026.
Colleagues and peers have encountered King in courtrooms and at association meetings. He has experience handling cases that proceed in California state courts and in the Central and Northern Districts of the federal system. He manages filings, hearings and trial preparation for his clients and oversees litigation strategy at his firm.
King balances casework with organizational leadership. His board service since 2014 and his current presidency at the county bar reflect an ongoing engagement with local legal education and professional development. He participates in association events and in scholarship activities that support law students and young lawyers in the region.
He currently practices at the Law Offices of Justin H. King, where his work centers on litigation in California state and federal courts.
