About Justin Allen

Justin Allen Isaac earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2016 after completing undergraduate studies at California State University, Channel Islands, where he received a B.A. in 2012 in history and psychology. He arrived in law school after an academic path that combined liberal arts and social science, a background that informs his approach to legal matters.

After law school, Isaac gained admission to practice in California and obtained credentials to appear before the Federal Circuit. He has built a practice that uses those admissions to serve clients in both state and federal proceedings. His work involves preparing filings and appearing in court when appropriate. He is a member of at least one professional association and maintains active involvement in the bar community.

Isaac’s career has been marked by steady development inside the private practice setting. He joined The Lawyer in Blue Jeans Group, where he handles a range of client matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and deliberate in written advocacy. He balances courtroom work with the paperwork and research that underpin litigation and transactional work.

He approaches each matter with an eye for procedural detail and an interest in how legal rules apply to concrete situations. He has experience drafting briefs, responding to discovery, and preparing clients for hearings. In federal matters he has worked through the procedural steps required for appellate and trial-level filings, relying on his admission to the Federal Circuit when cases raise issues within that court’s jurisdiction.

Outside of case work, Isaac follows developments in law that affect his clients’ interests. He reads decisional law and tracks statutory changes that can alter litigation strategy. This practical attention helps him advise clients on options and likely next steps when disputes arise.

He practices at The Lawyer in Blue Jeans Group, representing clients in California state courts and in federal filings, including matters brought before the Federal Circuit.
