June N. Lynn is an alumna of Duke University School of Law. Her time there shaped a practical approach to legal problems and a readiness to work across state lines. She left Duke prepared for the demands of private practice and the range of issues attorneys encounter day to day.
After law school, Lynn secured admission to practice in both New York and Georgia. That dual admission defines much of her career. It has allowed her to advise clients whose matters cross jurisdictional boundaries and to build a practice that does not stop at a single state line.
She is principal of Lynn Law Office LLC. At the firm she manages casework and the business side of a small practice. Her role combines client counseling, file management and the routine decisions required to keep a law office functioning. Colleagues say she runs a hands-on operation and engages directly with clients rather than delegating every contact.
Lynn’s work shows an emphasis on clear communication and careful preparation. She spends time explaining options and tradeoffs to clients. She also places importance on organizing facts and evidence so matters can move forward without unnecessary delay. That method has guided the firm’s handling of disputes, transactional matters and everyday legal problems that bring people through a small-firm door.

She splits her professional obligations across New York and Georgia and coordinates filings, deadlines and appearances accordingly.
