Juliette Topacio Sarmiento is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991, the Hawaii State Bar in 1980, and the District of Columbia Bar in 1997. Her license status is currently active. Ms. Sarmiento earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego in 1975. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, graduating in 1978. Her educational background has equipped her with a solid foundation in legal principles, which she applies in her diverse practice areas.
Throughout her career, Ms. Sarmiento has focused on immigration law, estate planning, personal injury, and bankruptcy.
