About Juliet
Juliet Berger-White earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. She moved from law school into practice at a time when whistleblower litigation was becoming more prominent in government enforcement. That timing shaped how she thought about the law. It also shaped the kinds of clients she would represent.
Early in her career she took cases that put her inside investigations and enforcement efforts. She worked on matters involving corporate compliance, regulatory audits and claims of fraud against public programs. Those years taught her how investigators and prosecutors build a case. They also taught her how individual disclosures can trigger large inquiries.
Over time she steered her work toward representing people who report wrongdoing. Her practice developed around the procedures that govern whistleblower claims, including how to document allegations, protect sources and press claims in civil and administrative forums. She represents clients in pre-complaint investigations, administrative filings and, where necessary, litigation. Colleagues describe her as practical and detail-oriented. Clients have relied on her to explain complex statutes and to map the steps involved in bringing a claim.
Her courtroom experience is balanced by sensitive handling of sources and confidential information. She has experience preparing disclosures for regulators and for internal compliance processes. She also advises on the risks potential whistleblowers face, from retaliation claims to public exposure. That advisory work often precedes formal filings and can shape the strategy that follows.
Today she is an attorney at Whistleblower Advocates. She continues to represent individuals who raise concerns about fraud, waste and abuse in both public and private sectors. Her office handles investigations, administrative matters and litigation when clients choose to proceed. Her practice places an emphasis on clear communication and careful case preparation.
Outside of client work she keeps up with developments in federal and state whistleblower law. Changes in enforcement priorities and new statutory programs influence how she assesses potential claims. She brings that evolving knowledge into each intake and case strategy. Juliet Berger-White currently represents whistleblowers in investigations, administrative proceedings and litigation, focusing on securing remedies for those who report misconduct.
