About Julie

Julie Moore-Henson is an attorney based in Owasso, Oklahoma, with a diverse legal practice that includes personal injury, criminal law, DUI & DWI, family law, divorce, and juvenile law. Since 1995, she has been practicing law in Oklahoma after graduating from Oklahoma City University School of Law that same year. Prior to her legal education, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University in 1990. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for her extensive legal career. Admitted to practice before all courts in Oklahoma, Julie is a member of both the family law and criminal law sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.

As a partner at Baysinger Henson Reimer & Cresswell PLLC, she has been with the firm since 2002. The firm, with offices in both Owasso and Tulsa, provides many legal services, including family law, estate planning, criminal defense, personal injury, bankruptcy, business formation, and contracts. Julie’s primary focus within the firm is on personal injury, criminal, and domestic law, where she has developed a reputation for her dedication and expertise. In her practice, Julie handles a variety of cases that encompass juvenile delinquency, criminal defense, DUI/DWI, drug offenses, theft, fraud, property crimes, sex offenses, violent crimes, and traffic violations. Her experience extends to representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation, support, and personal injury claims.

This breadth of experience allows her to provide comprehensive legal support to her clients, ensuring they receive the best possible representation. Before joining Baysinger Henson Reimer & Cresswell PLLC, Julie gained inexperience as an Assistant Public Defender in the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Logan County District Attorney’s Office. These roles gave her a unique perspective on both criminal defense and prosecution, enhancing her ability to handle the requirements of the legal system effectively. Outside of her legal practice, Julie is actively involved in her community. She resides in Owasso with her husband and three children, participating in local schools and community events.

Her engagement extends to a nonprofit organization in Owasso, where her commitment to community service is evident. Julie has been recognized for her professional achievements, having been selected to Super Lawyers for 2021-2024—a prestigious peer designation awarded to a select number of attorneys in each state.
