About Julie

Julie Martiniello earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She arrived at law school after an early interest in public affairs and problem solving. Those instincts shaped a steady, practical approach to the law rather than a taste for headlines.

Her legal education emphasized both classroom study and real-world practice. She took part in courses and clinics that exposed her to litigation and client counseling. Those experiences helped her move quickly into practice after graduation.

Martiniello’s early career combined courtroom exposure and transactional work. She handled client intake, drafted pleadings, and learned to explain complex legal points in plain language. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she prefers to break a problem into parts and address each one clearly.

Over time she expanded her practice to address a range of civil matters. She has represented clients in negotiation and in hearings. She also worked on agreements and filings that support clients’ business needs. That mix of litigation and transactional work gave her a broad base she could apply to different types of cases.

She maintains an active membership in a professional legal association. The group provides networking and continuing legal education opportunities she uses to stay current on changes in procedure and substantive law. Those sessions regularly inform how she prepares a case or advises a client.

Since joining Dimension Law Group, PLLC, Martiniello has continued that practical approach. At the firm she handles matters that require careful preparation and clear communication. Her work often starts with listening closely to a client’s priorities and then mapping an efficient path forward.

Clients and colleagues say she values straightforward advice. She avoids legal jargon when possible and aims to give clients options they can understand. That style fits a practice that often balances risk, cost and timing.

Outside the office she spends time reading court opinions and following developments in state and federal procedure. She views continuing legal education as part of being a competent adviser rather than a checkbox exercise.

She currently practices at Dimension Law Group, PLLC, providing legal services through the firm.
