About Julie
Julie Kert built her foundation in the liberal arts and the law. She earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. The combination of a broad undergraduate education and a legal degree set the stage for a long career in Georgia law.
Kert joined the Georgia bar in 1995 and has remained an active member of the Georgia State Bar since that year. She began practicing soon after law school and has spent the bulk of her professional life at Yeargan & Kert, LLC. Over three decades in practice have given her a steady familiarity with state procedures and the practical demands of representing clients in Georgia.
