About Julia

Julia Kline came to law after an undergraduate degree in government that left her interested in the intersection of public policy and individual lives. She earned a B.A. in Government from George Mason University in 2006, after beginning her undergraduate studies in 2004. She later completed her legal training at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, receiving her J.D. in 2016.

Early in her career she moved into immigration work. That choice shaped her professional path. She is admitted to practice in Arizona and in Massachusetts, and her work has reflected the practical demands of representing people across state lines and under federal immigration rules.

Kline’s day-to-day practice centers on immigration law. She advises individuals, families and employers on a range of immigration matters. Her cases have involved routine applications and more complex matters that require coordination with federal agencies and, at times, administrative hearings. She approaches each matter by sorting the legal issues and laying out realistic steps for clients.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, which she joined in 2020. She has also held membership in an additional legal association since 2016. Those memberships keep her engaged with changing regulations and the continuing education common in immigration practice.

Colleagues describe her as steady in the office and responsive to client concerns. She prefers clear communication over legal jargon and aims to set realistic expectations from the first meeting. That temperament tends to shape the way she handles intake, documentation and follow-up on cases.

Kline practices from Kline Immigration Law. The firm handles client intake and case work across the immigration spectrum. She currently practices immigration law at Kline Immigration Law, advising clients on a variety of immigration matters.
