Judith A. Giers is an accomplished appellate attorney based in Eugene, Oregon, with over 18 years of experience in the state's appellate courts. Her legal career began in 1990 when she took on the role of law clerk for the Honorable William L. Richardson, who served as Chief Judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals.
