Castro earned a B.S. in Finance and International Business from LeTourneau University. He then attended St. Mary's University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2010. While at St. Mary's he was recognized by peers and faculty for his courtroom work and later joined the Order of the Barristers, listing membership beginning in 2013.
After law school, Castro entered practice in Texas courts and expanded his work into the federal system. He is admitted in Texas and has appearances in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters on both state and federal levels.
Castro launched Castro Law PLLC and serves as the firm's lawyer. At the firm he manages case development, files briefs, appears before judges, and advises clients on procedural steps. He runs a compact practice and handles the range of tasks that smaller firms often carry themselves, from client intake through appellate filings.

His undergraduate training in finance and international business informs how he approaches complex documents and transactional details. The Order of the Barristers membership is part of that record, marking involvement in courtroom advocacy programs and competitions at an earlier stage of his career. He continues to practice in the courts where he is licensed.

He is the primary contact at Castro Law PLLC and handles client strategy, filings, and appeals. He currently practices at Castro Law PLLC, representing clients in Texas and in matters before the Fifth Circuit.
