About Joshua
Joshua Lucherini built his legal foundation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2009. He moved from a law school classroom into practice quickly. The Boyd School is where he began shaping the practical skills that would carry him into a career spanning more than a decade.
He joined Fair Price Lawyers in 2010 and has remained with the firm since then. Early work at the firm placed him in client-facing roles, handling matters that required steady judgment and courtroom presence when needed. Over the years his responsibilities expanded to include advising clients across state lines and coordinating legal strategies that reflect differing state rules and procedures.
Lucherini is licensed to practice in Nevada and Utah. He has been a member of the State Bar of Utah since 2010. That membership has been part of his professional identity for most of his career and has shaped his approach to regulatory and procedural issues in the Intermountain West.
Colleagues describe him as practical and direct in his interactions. He prefers clear, straightforward explanations for clients. That approach carries through to how he prepares cases and communicates options at each stage of a matter. He has worked on a mix of cases and has experience with litigation tasks as well as transactional matters. He balances written advocacy with courtroom work when a client’s needs require both.
Outside the office he has kept ties to the legal community through his bar membership and local contacts. He has also drawn on his Las Vegas law school training when advising clients on state-specific issues.
