About Joshua

Joshua Loveall built an academic foundation that bridges human behavior and the law. He earned a B.A. in psychology from Johns Hopkins University in 2010 and completed his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in 2013. Those years of study gave him a sense of how evidence and human factors intersect in disputes.

After law school, Loveall took the steps required to practice in multiple states. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Massachusetts. That multi-jurisdictional status has shaped how he approaches cases, allowing him to handle matters that cross state lines and to coordinate strategy for clients with interests in both states.

Early in his career he sharpened litigation and client counseling skills through courtroom work and transaction support. He has experience preparing filings, drafting pleadings and advising clients through the procedural elements of cases. His training in psychology often informs the way he prepares witnesses and evaluates testimony, a perspective he brings into case development and negotiation.

Colleagues describe him as deliberate in his preparation and methodical in managing case files. He favors clear organization and careful attention to deadlines. Those habits show up in the courtroom and in written advocacy. He also spends time on legal research and on synthesizing complex factual records so that judges and opposing counsel can follow a case’s spine.

Outside casework, Loveall maintains connections to the professional community. He holds active memberships in professional associations, and he engages with peers on matters of practice and procedure. That engagement helps him stay current on developments in evidence, civil procedure and other areas that affect litigation strategy.

He is currently an attorney at D’Ambrosio LLP. At the firm he works on matters that arise in the states where he is licensed. His practice involves client representation, courtroom advocacy and the drafting of legal documents across Maryland and Massachusetts. He continues to draw on his undergraduate training in psychology and his law school education when preparing cases and advising clients, and he focuses his day-to-day work on serving clients through the legal process in those jurisdictions.
