About Joshua James

Joshua James Logan earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006, after beginning law studies in 2004. He moved from the classroom into practice in Florida soon after graduation. His legal education took place during a period of change for many new attorneys, and he carried that momentum into building a practice in the state where he is licensed.

Logan is admitted to practice in Florida. Over the years he has maintained an active presence in state courts and in administrative proceedings. He has managed matters that require courtroom experience as well as those that are resolved through negotiation and settlement. Colleagues describe him as steady in approach and careful in preparing cases for the differing paths they may take.

Early in his career he worked through the routine demands that shape a general practitioner in Florida: client intake, document drafting, motion practice and appearances. Those routine tasks taught him case management and the importance of clear communication with clients and courts. He handles both urgent deadlines and longer-term matters, balancing immediate client needs against strategic objectives.

His practice has involved both individual and business clients. He has represented parties in disputes and assisted on transactional steps when clients choose to avoid litigation. That mix has allowed him to see issues from multiple angles and to advise clients on likely outcomes. He approaches each matter by assessing practical risks and potential remedies.

Logan has remained connected to developments in Florida law. He follows changes in statutes and court decisions that affect the clients he serves. That attention helps him prepare filings and structure negotiations in ways aligned with current law. He also works to keep clients informed about the procedural and substantive elements that matter most to their situations.

He practices from an office at 9161 Narcoossee Rd., Suite 210. From there he meets with clients, prepares cases for filing, and appears where necessary in Florida courts and hearings. He currently focuses his practice on serving clients within the Florida legal system.
