About Joshua Benjamin
Joshua Benjamin Pepper completed his legal education at New York University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2000. Before law school he stayed at Columbia University, where he completed both a B.A. in economics in 1993 and an M.A. in economics in 1996. That combination of law and economics appears repeatedly in his résumé and underpins the analytical approach he brings to legal questions. He arrived in the bar world at the turn of the century, equipped with academic training that spans quantitative thinking and legal doctrine.
He is admitted to practice in New York and before several federal courts.
