About Josh
Josh Goldstein is an attorney who combines public affairs training with a law degree. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University's Mount Vernon campus in 2012. He later completed both a Juris Doctor at Syracuse University College of Law and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School in 2016. Those degrees gave him both legal training and a background in public policy.
After law school Goldstein became licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York. He is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He has built a practice that includes matters in both state and federal courts.
Goldstein is listed as a lawyer at Adelman, Connors and Krevolin. The firm role places him in a litigation environment where he handles case work that proceeds through pleadings and, when necessary, court appearances. He represents clients in contested matters and works on pretrial preparation and motion practice.
He maintains memberships in several professional organizations. Those include the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. At the local level he has been active in the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association since 2019 and the Fairfield Bar Association since 2020. Participation in these groups keeps him connected to developments in state and local practice.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and practical in case preparation. He often handles files that require coordination across state lines and in federal court, which calls for attention to procedural detail. He is experienced in drafting pleadings, arguing motions and managing discovery, and he regularly engages with opposing counsel and court staff to move matters forward.
Courtroom work and case management take up a large portion of his day-to-day workload. He balances litigation tasks with client counseling and tactical planning. He currently practices litigation in Connecticut and New York.
