About Josh A.
Josh A. Eason practices law in Arkansas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He built his academic foundation at Middle Tennessee State University, where he completed undergraduate studies, and earned his J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2014. He joined the state bar the same year and has maintained professional membership in the Arkansas Bar Association since then.
Early in his career he established his own practice. In 2015 he began work at Eason Law Office, listed as lawyer and managing. That choice put him quickly into the role of running a small firm and managing client files. In 2019 he spent time as a lawyer at WH Law, an experience that added a different perspective on firm operations and case management.
Eason’s credentials include admission to practice in Arkansas and in the Eighth Circuit. He has handled matters in state court and pursued issues on appeal at the federal circuit level. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and straightforward in court. He appears regularly on filings and in hearings that require attention to procedural detail and appellate briefing.
Outside formal court work, his record shows steady professional engagement. He has been a member of the Arkansas Bar Association since 2014 and has used that association to stay current on rules and procedural changes affecting Arkansas practitioners. Running a small firm has also meant handling the administrative side of practice, from client intake to docket control.
Today he runs Eason Law. The firm profile lists him as the principal attorney. He continues to represent clients in matters that start in Arkansas courts and, where appropriate, move to the Eighth Circuit. His current practice focuses on matters before Arkansas courts and the Eighth Circuit.
