Mr. Galasso earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Chapman University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. During his time at Chapman University, he worked directly with lead defense counsel from the Orange County Public Defender's Office on the serial murder trial of People v. Charles Ng. He also obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Chapman University. While in law school, he clerked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office and studied abroad with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Mr. Galasso concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense law. He represents individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, including violent crimes, gang-related crimes, burglary, assault, and domestic violence. Throughout his career, Mr. Galasso has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from 2003 to 2005, where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanors and felonies and was promoted to the felony domestic violence unit.
Mr. Galasso is an active member of the California Lawyers Association and the Riverside County Bar Association. He is also a member of the California State Bar Association. He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Riverside County effectively.
