Joseph Scott Walsh is a personal injury attorney based in Bend, Oregon. He has been practicing law since 2007, focusing exclusively on representing individuals with personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as those who have been denied benefits by their own insurance companies. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, he interned for a general practice law firm and a prominent personal injury attorney, which sparked his focus on civil litigation and advocating for those wronged by negligence. Since relocating to Central Oregon in 2007, Joseph has achieved favorable settlements for his clients by aggressively negotiating with insurance companies and through mediations of more complex claims. He has also received awards through arbitrations in cases mandated by the circuit court and has tried cases to jury verdict in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Grant Counties.
His dedication to his clients and his practice is evident in his active involvement in the legal community. Joseph is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Oregon State Bar's Products Liability Section Executive Committee. In addition to his professional associations, he is involved in his local community, serving on the Highland Elementary Site Council. He resides in Central Oregon with his wife, daughter, and son.
