About Joseph Mohammed

Joseph Mohammed Abdallah began his legal path at Binghamton University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. He continued his studies at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, receiving his J.D. in 2008. Those years placed him at the intersection of academic study and early practical experience, and they set the stage for a career that moved quickly from advocacy to the courthouse.

Soon after law school he took a post as Legal Co-Director of America’s Accountability Program at the Inter-American Center for Human Rights in 2009. That role placed him in work tied to international human rights standards and organizational legal strategy. In 2010 he joined Napoli Bern Ripka & Associates LLP as a law clerk, a position that exposed him to litigation practice and case preparation at a firm level.

The next step in his career came in 2011 when he served as a Judicial Staff Lawyer for the 17th Judicial Circuit. The courtroom environment sharpened his familiarity with judicial procedure and the mechanics of case management. Those years in the judiciary gave him a vantage point on how judges evaluate evidence and argument — insight he carried back into private practice.

In 2013 he became a partner at Kanner & Pintaluga. The promotion marked his move into firm leadership and client-facing work. Over time his responsibilities expanded to include supervising litigation teams and guiding case strategy. His resume shows steady progression through roles that required both analytical legal work and practical courtroom experience.

Abdallah is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. His background combines elements of human rights advocacy, firm litigation practice, and judicial experience. That mix has informed the kinds of matters he accepts and the perspectives he brings to litigation and client counseling. Colleagues note that his earlier work in international human rights and his time within the 17th Judicial Circuit contribute to how he frames legal issues and develops strategy.

He remains a partner at Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. and is active in matters arising in both Florida and New York. His current practice focuses on representing clients in matters across those jurisdictions.
