About Joseph Lucosky

Joseph M. Lucosky is the founding and managing partner of Lucosky Brookman LLP, a corporate finance and securities law firm with offices in New York and New Jersey. He oversees both the transactional and litigation departments, providing comprehensive legal services to clients. His practice areas include business law, securities law, and white-collar crime, with a focus on complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Mr. Lucosky earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1996. He then graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2001, where he served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Under his leadership, Lucosky Brookman LLP has grown significantly since its inception in 2011. The firm has expanded its offices and increased its attorney roster to meet the needs of its growing client base.
