About Joseph J.
Joseph J. Fantini earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2009 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Syracuse University in 2005. He arrived in the profession at a time when litigation practice was changing rapidly. His academic background provided a foundation in legal research and courtroom procedure that has informed his subsequent work.
He began his legal career in 2009 as an associate at Wilson Elser. That early role placed him in a firm environment where he handled matters alongside more senior trial attorneys. In 2012 he moved to Anapol Weiss, continuing in associate-level positions and taking on increasingly complex tasks. By 2018 he joined Rosen Injury Lawyers as a lawyer, a move that marked the latest stage in a steady progression through civil litigation practices.
Fantini is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He participates in local bar activities and professional groups. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and holds an officer role in the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Those memberships connect him with peers who handle courtroom work and civil claims across the region.
Across his years in practice, he has been involved in litigation at multiple levels. His roles have included preparation of pleadings, managing discovery, and coordinating with expert witnesses. He has worked on cases that required negotiation and courtroom advocacy. The work has required balancing client needs, procedural deadlines, and case strategy.
Colleagues and clients have encountered him in depositions, status conferences, and hearings. He has moved between firms and responsibilities while maintaining a steady practice focus. That experience across different firm settings has given him familiarity with case management systems and courtroom procedure in the two states where he is licensed.
He currently practices at Rosen Injury Lawyers. His current practice centers on litigation and client representation in civil matters handled through the firm.
