Joseph Gaspar DeGaetano is a personal injury attorney based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with over 25 years of experience. He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2001 and in Georgia since 2000. DeGaetano earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia School of Law in 2000, graduating summa cum laude with a 3.9 GPA and ranking second in his class.
