About Joseph Donald
Joseph Donald Hada built his legal foundation at Heidelberg College, where he completed a B.A. in Business Administration in 2004, and at Cleveland State University College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2007. Those years set the stage for a career that moves between public defense and private practice, and that shows an ongoing interest in criminal law and impaired-driving matters.
Early in his career Hada served as an assistant public defender in Lake County beginning in 2008. That role placed him in courtrooms regularly and gave him front-line experience representing clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. He left the public defender’s office to enter private practice, joining the law firm Saia & Piatt in 2012. Four years later he worked as a lawyer at Quinn Legal Associates, and in 2019 he opened his own practice, The Law Office of Joseph Hada.
Hada’s work intersects with several professional groups tied to criminal and DUI defense. He has been a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Lake County Bar Association since 2012. Local affiliations include the Lake County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Cuyahoga County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, where he is listed as a member and where he has participated in continuing-education programming. He joined the DUI Defense Lawyers Association in 2015 and the National College of DUI Defense in 2016, associations that suggest an emphasis on impaired-driving cases.
