About Joseph Anthony
Joseph Anthony Denson built his legal foundation at Tougaloo College and Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He earned a B.S. in political science from Tougaloo College in 2002 and completed his J.D. in 2005. Those years set the stage for a career that spans public service and private practice.
Denson moved into practice quickly. In 2005 he took on the role of managing lawyer at The Law Office of Denson and Associates, PLLC. The firm served as his base for privately representing clients and handling matters that brought him before state courts. The following year he accepted an appointment as a public defender for the City of Meridian, Mississippi.
