About Jose

Jose Rojas built his legal foundation at Quinnipiac University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 1997 after completing undergraduate studies in marketing at Bentley College in 1994. He arrived in the profession after a conventional path through business studies to law school, a route that shaped the practical sensibilities that appear in his work today.

Rojas began his career by moving through roles that exposed him to courtroom practice and client counseling. Over time he established his own practice, founding The Rojas Law Office, LLC. He operates that firm as owner and manager, handling the day-to-day decisions of a small law office while also serving clients directly. Running his own shop has required him to balance legal work with administrative responsibilities, and he has overseen both aspects for years.

He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Connecticut, and he is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions reflect a practice that crosses state lines and, at times, enters federal court matters. The mix of state and federal credentials gives him flexibility in how he approaches cases and the procedural avenues he can pursue on behalf of clients.

Throughout his career Rojas has focused on serving individuals and businesses who need clear legal counsel and practical solutions. He takes on matters that require courtroom representation as well as transactional work that benefits from an understanding of business concerns. His background in marketing and business informs how he advises small businesses and entrepreneurs, particularly on contractual matters and regulatory questions.

Colleagues and clients describe him as steady and methodical in the way he prepares a case. He tends to break complex problems into manageable pieces and to set realistic expectations for clients. That approach has guided routine representation and the occasional contested matter that ends up in court. He has managed both aspects of advocacy: negotiating resolutions outside of litigation and presenting arguments on the record when necessary.

Rojas maintains his practice through The Rojas Law Office, LLC, where he handles a mix of litigation and transactional work. He continues to accept new clients and to represent parties in both Wisconsin and Connecticut, as well as in matters that involve federal courts. His current practice focuses on providing legal services to individuals and businesses across those jurisdictions.
