About Jordon V

Jordon V Fosky earned his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2013 after completing both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida. The academic path took him from Gainesville to the courtroom. He left law school prepared for a practical legal career rather than a purely academic one.

His earliest legal work began while he was still completing his studies. In 2008 he worked as an intake specialist at Morgan & Morgan, a role that introduced him to client intake and early case assessment. He returned to Morgan & Morgan in 2012 as a law clerk, gaining exposure to litigation processes and firm operations. In 2013 he served as a law clerk at NeJame, LaFay, Jancha, Ahmed, Barker & Joshi, P.A., accumulating additional courtroom and case-preparation experience.

After law school he moved into associate roles. In 2013 he joined Morris & Hancock as an associate lawyer and then in 2014 took an associate position at The Law Offices of Michael Brehne, P.A. These years were formative. He worked on case development, client counseling and the everyday motions and filings that keep cases moving.

In 2018 he joined Nation Law Office as a lawyer, handling matters that further expanded his practice experience. The variety of roles over the years — intake specialist, law clerk and associate — contributed to a practical understanding of both the client-facing and procedural sides of litigation.

In 2023 he became president of Fosky Law, PLLC. That title indicates a leadership role within the firm and responsibility for managing legal work and client matters. The firm listing identifies Fosky Law, PLLC as his current office.

Fosky is an active member of local and federal professional organizations. He belongs to the Florida bar and participates in the Seminole County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association for the Middle District of Florida. These memberships reflect his ties to the legal community across county and federal lines.

Across more than a decade in practice he has worked in roles that required client intake, case evaluation, litigation support and courtroom preparation. He now practices in Florida as president of Fosky Law, PLLC and focuses on representing clients in matters arising in the state.
