About Jordan
Jordan Santo trained first as a scholar. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Claremont McKenna College in 2008 and completed his law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law, receiving a J.D. in 2015. He later attended the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, finishing the Judge Advocate Officer’s Basic Course in Military Law in 2016.
After law school, Santo entered military service as a judge advocate. In the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps he handled criminal and administrative matters, advising commanders and representing service members in proceedings. His time in uniform included work that brought him before military appellate bodies and acquainted him with the procedures of the Army Court of Criminal Appeals.
He transitioned to civilian practice following his military service. By 2019 he had joined professional bar organizations in New Jersey and maintained memberships across Pennsylvania associations. Those memberships include the Pennsylvania Bar Association (since 2015), the New Jersey State Bar Association (since 2019), the Philadelphia Bar Association (since 2020), and the Montgomery County Bar Association (since 2021). The range of those associations reflects practice across state and local forums.
Santo’s career has bridged public and private roles. The skills honed in the JAG Corps—trial advocacy, client counseling, and appellate briefing—translated into civil and criminal litigation in the civilian courts. In 2021 he joined Koller Law, LLC as a lawyer. At that firm he has handled matters that require courtroom experience and appellate awareness.
Colleagues describe him as precise in written work and attentive at hearings. He has worked on cases that involved both procedural and substantive issues, and he has argued before administrative and military tribunals as well as state courts. His background in military law informs how he approaches evidentiary disputes, plea negotiations, and appellate strategy in civilian matters.
Santo is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he is authorized to appear before the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He continues to serve clients out of Koller Law LLC and handles litigation and appellate matters in state and military venues.
