About Jordan Alexander
Jordan Alexander El-Hag built his legal foundation at Fordham. He earned an MBA from Fordham University in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2011. Those years shaped his approach to practice: methodical, practical and attentive to detail.
After law school, El-Hag entered private practice and eventually established his own firm. He is the owner of El-Hag & Associates, P.C., where he oversees case strategy and client intake. Over time he has developed experience managing litigation matters from early investigation through trial preparation.
El-Hag is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He pairs those admissions with formal trial training. He completed Trial Skills training at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a program that emphasizes courtroom technique, witness handling and jury presentation.
Colleagues describe him as straightforward in court and thorough in preparation. That characterization reflects a practice that balances written advocacy and courtroom readiness. He maintains current membership in professional associations and participates in events that address procedural and evidentiary practice, though he does not maintain a public roster of organizational leadership positions.
At his firm, El-Hag manages a range of civil matters, coordinating discovery and supervising litigation teams. He handles client counseling, pleads cases in state and federal tribunals and prepares witnesses for testimony. His background in business from the MBA program informs how he structures client communications and case budgets.
He is also attentive to trial craft. The National Institute for Trial Advocacy training complements courtroom work by sharpening cross-examination technique and opening statement construction. That training is part of how he prepares for contested hearings and jury trials.
The arc of his career runs from dual graduate degrees to ownership of a small litigation practice. He combines business training and law school study with courtroom preparation and admissions in multiple jurisdictions. He currently focuses his practice on litigation and trial advocacy in state and federal courts through El-Hag & Associates, P.C.
