About Jonathon G.
Jonathon G. Dulaney earned his J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Southern Utah University in 2009. He moved from a scientific undergraduate background into legal study, a shift that shaped the way he approaches fact development and case preparation. His legal education in Florida provided a foundation for practice in that state and a grounding in both procedural and substantive law.
After law school, Dulaney entered the Florida legal market and built experience that led him to private practice. He joined Bogin, Munns & Munns as an associate in 2017. In that role he worked alongside more senior attorneys on client matters, taking on research, drafting, and courtroom preparation. Colleagues describe him as methodical in document work and attentive in depositions and hearings.
Dulaney’s scientific training has informed his attention to detail. The precision required in biology labs translated into careful evidence analysis and a respect for technical material. He has handled tasks that require translating complex information into clear records for clients and for the court. That skill set has been useful when cases involve detailed documentation, expert reports, or technical timelines.
He maintains memberships in professional organizations, participates in continuing legal education, and stays current on developments in Florida law. Those activities support his courtroom readiness and his ability to advise clients on procedural matters. He has continued to develop practical skills through casework and mentorship within his firm.
At Bogin, Munns & Munns Dulaney has taken part in a range of matters handled by the firm. He contributes to client strategy, drafts pleadings and motions, and assists at hearings. His work combines case management duties with hands-on legal tasks, and he remains involved in the day-to-day details that move matters forward.
His practice is based in Florida, where he applies a methodical approach rooted in both his legal training and his undergraduate science degree. He currently practices law in Florida at Bogin, Munns & Munns, handling matters for the firm’s clients.
