About Jonathan Sandstrom
Jonathan Sandstrom Hill earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School after completing a bachelor’s degree in political science at Boston College. He entered law school following an undergraduate course of study that emphasized government and public policy. The combination of those programs shaped his approach to legal problem solving and trained him to read statutes and precedents with attention to both detail and context.
After graduation from law school he moved into practice licensed in Texas. He joined Ross Law Group, where he has built a practice grounded in state law. His work there has involved advising clients, preparing filings, and participating in dispute resolution. He operates within the rules and procedures of Texas courts and regulatory bodies, and his daily work requires practical judgment as well as legal research.
Hill’s legal work covers counseling, transactional matters, and dispute-related tasks. He assists clients who need explanations of statutory obligations, help with contract issues, and representation in procedural settings. He prepares legal memoranda, drafts agreements, negotiates terms, and handles court filings. His training at a national law school and his undergraduate study in political science inform the way he frames legal questions and evaluates practical consequences for clients.
Colleagues and clients describe his approach as methodical and straightforward. He tends to break complex problems into discrete issues, and he privileges clear writing and careful preparation. He draws on law school training in constitutional and administrative law when questions intersect with public regulation. That background also helps when matters require an understanding of legislative history or agency practice.
Outside of specific case work he spends time keeping current on developments in Texas law. He attends continuing legal education seminars and follows updates from state courts and regulatory agencies. At Ross Law Group he works with a team of attorneys and staff to manage client matters from intake through resolution. He currently practices at Ross Law Group, concentrating on matters arising under Texas law.
