About Jonathan

Jonathan Hale built a path to law that began outside traditional prelaw tracks. He studied liberal arts and sciences at Utah State University before staying there for a master's in business information systems and education. He then earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he combined classroom training with practical skills training.

After law school he entered practice in the western United States. He is admitted to the bars of California and Nevada. Those admissions allowed him to take cases that cross state lines and to work with clients who confront insurance systems in both states.

Hale's earlier studies in business systems and education inform the way he manages cases. He uses that background to organize evidence, explain legal issues to clients, and manage the administrative side of litigation. The transition from systems work to courtroom practice gives him a different perspective on case preparation. He tends to emphasize clarity in files and in client communications.

His practice concentrates on injury law and related civil claims. He represents individuals who say they were harmed and seeks compensation through settlement or through litigation when necessary. He handles claims that involve discussions with insurers, negotiation of medical liens, and preparation for trial. He spends time reviewing medical records, gathering witness statements, and working with expert witnesses when cases require technical explanation.

Colleagues and clients describe him as methodical and straightforward in his approach. He prepares filings carefully and aims to present clear narratives of what happened in each case. In court he prefers to let the facts and documentation carry the argument. Outside the courtroom he focuses on keeping clients informed about timelines and realistic options.

Hale practices at Red Rock Injury Law. He works from the firm's offices while representing people in both California and Nevada. He divides his time between client meetings, case preparation, and courtroom appearances when a matter proceeds to trial. He currently concentrates his practice on personal injury and related civil claims across California and Nevada.
