Mr. Montag earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, he developed a strong foundation in immigration law, which has been the focus of his legal career.
Mr. Montag concentrates his practice in the area of immigration law, handling cases involving asylum, citizenship, deportation defense, family visas, green cards, immigration appeals, investment visas, marriage and fiancé(e) visas, student visas, visitor visas, and work visas.
