About Jonathan Blair

Jonathan Blair Biser is a partner at Hardison & Cochran Attorneys at Law, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. He leads the firm’s Social Security Disability division, a role he has held since joining the firm in 2005. In 2015, he became a partner, reflecting his commitment to the firm and its clients. Since 2020, Mr. Biser has served on the North Carolina State Bar’s Social Security Disability Specialization Committee, and he has been the committee chair since 2023. This role allows him to contribute to the development of standards and practices in the field. In 2024, he expanded his practice by joining Deuterman Law Group, where he continues to represent clients in Social Security Disability cases throughout the Triangle area. He has been a member of the North Carolina State Bar since 2005, maintaining his commitment to legal excellence in the state. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Biser is actively involved in his community.

He serves as chair of deacons at Greenwood Forest Baptist Church in Cary, North Carolina, where he participates in initiatives aimed at repurposing church property for affordable housing. Since 2017, he has also served on the church’s Children’s Center Committee, demonstrating his dedication to community service and support for families. In 2011, he received the Order of Service from the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, recognizing his contributions to the field.
