After graduating from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes started his criminal career at a small company in Hampton, New Hampshire representing plaintiffs in non-public injury and employee’s repayment matters.
After nearly three years of practising in New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes relocated to the Boston place and began working at a mid-sized organization placed in Boston, Massachusetts wherein he represented plaintiffs and defendants in complicated commercial litigation disputes, coverage and tort defense, premises legal responsibility, employment subjects, construction litigation, and professional practices.
Mr. Barnes represents both plaintiffs and defendants in construction litigation, real property litigation, business litigation, and private injury.
