About Jon

Jon Sargsyan studied law at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he completed his legal education before entering practice. His time at Pepperdine provided a foundation in trial advocacy and civil litigation. He moved into practice in California and has built his career there.

He began his legal work handling claims that required courtroom presence as well as negotiated settlements. Early roles exposed him to case preparation, client interviews and the practical demands of litigation. He learned to manage files from intake through resolution, and to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients.

Over the years his work has centered on personal injury matters. He represents people who have suffered physical injuries, working on claims arising from automobile collisions, slip-and-fall incidents and other accidents. He handles prelitigation demands, files suit when needed and participates in discovery and trial preparation. He approaches each case by assessing liability, damages and the evidence available to support a client's claim.

He holds current membership in professional associations, and he engages with peers to stay current on changes in case law and procedural rules. That engagement includes attendance at continuing education programs and roundtable discussions. He also relies on regular review of appellate decisions that shape trial strategy in the state courts where he practices.

Sargsyan practices at The Injury Law Office, LLP. His work there involves both client-facing tasks and the behind-the-scenes legal drafting and strategizing that cases require. He regularly meets with clients to discuss medical records, insurance matters and litigation timelines. When cases settle, he prepares the paperwork to resolve claims. When trial is necessary, he assembles the factual and legal arguments for presentation to a judge or jury.

Colleagues describe his approach as direct and pragmatic. He emphasizes clear communication and sets realistic expectations for each phase of a case. He represents clients throughout California and manages matters that range from early negotiations to courtroom advocacy. He currently practices at The Injury Law Office, LLP, representing clients in personal injury matters across California.
