About Jon H.

Jon H. Saline built a career that moved steadily from courtrooms to running his own firm. He earned an A.A. from Eastern Arizona College in 2003, a B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University in 2006, and a J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2010. Those years span classroom study, internships and early courtroom observation that shaped his approach to practice.

After law school he took a series of clerkships and externships that exposed him to different parts of the justice system. In 2009 he worked for the Arizona Court of Appeals for Judge Philip Hall and served as a law clerk at the Navajo County Superior Court for Presiding Judge Michaela Ruechel. He spent time at the Arizona Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection Division and later served as a law clerk at Weisberg and Meyers, LLC. Those roles involved legal research, drafting opinions and assisting on appellate matters.

Saline moved into private practice as an associate at Taylor Law Office in 2011, returned there in 2013 after a stint elsewhere, and took on trial work. Between those turns in private firms he served in public defense, working as a deputy public defender in 2012 for the Navajo County Public Defender's Office. The public defender role put him in court regularly and gave him hands-on experience in jury trials, client counseling and plea negotiations.

In 2014 he became the managing lawyer at Saline Law Group, PLLC. Running a small firm required shifting from sole legal tasks to overseeing case flow, client intake and the business side of practice. His background includes both trial and appellate work, consumer protection exposure from his externship at the Attorney General's office, and public defense experience from his time as a deputy public defender.

Colleagues and clients have noted that Saline combines courtroom familiarity with practical case management. He practices in Arizona and has handled matters across state trial and appellate venues. His practice today centers on litigation and trial representation, drawing on years of experience in both public and private roles. He currently serves as the managing lawyer at Saline Law Group, PLLC and continues to handle litigation and trial matters in Arizona.
