About Jolee

Jolee Vacchi built a path to law that began in New England classrooms and moved steadily toward courtroom and conference room work. She attended Stonehill College from 2005 to 2009 and graduated with a B.A. in U.S. History and Criminology. She then enrolled at Roger Williams University School of Law, completing her J.D. in 2012.

After law school, Vacchi established herself in the legal communities of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is licensed to practice in both states and has worked on matters that sit at the intersection of family law and dispute resolution. Over the years she has balanced litigation, client counseling, and alternative dispute resolution in cases where emotions and practical stakes often run high.

Her professional interests include collaborative law and mediation. She became a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council in 2020 and participates in its programs and events. That involvement reflects an interest in approaches that encourage negotiation and private agreement rather than prolonged court battles. Colleagues describe her style as practical and straightforward; she aims to help clients understand options and consequences as they make difficult decisions.

Vacchi’s day-to-day work has ranged from divorce and custody negotiations to settlement drafting and mediated sessions. She spends time preparing clients for hearings and for mediated discussions. She also handles the paperwork and procedural tasks that follow agreements, helping ensure that outcomes reach their intended effect. In contested matters she has represented clients through motion practice and hearings, bringing a steady procedural sense to cases that can be unpredictable.

Outside of formal memberships, Vacchi has focused on building experience across related areas of family law so she can advise clients about financial issues, parenting plans, and post-judgment matters. She practices from Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center, where she works with people navigating transitions in family life. Her current practice centers on family law and mediation matters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
