About John
John Simeone focuses his exercise on litigation. His experience spans across a couple of exercise areas consisting of trusts and estates litigation and employment litigation. Prior to joining non-public practice, John clerked for the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes inside the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. During his clerkship, John drafted judicial memoranda and evaluations to resource Judge Fuentes in resolving cases on his docket.
