About John
John Rajaee trained across three countries before he began practicing law in California. He studied political science at the University of Cambridge in 2001, earned a B.A. from the University of California, Riverside in 2003, and completed his J.D. at Whittier Law School in 2007. Those years set a clear course. He moved quickly from classroom to courtroom.
Rajaee’s early legal work started in private practice. In 2007 he joined the Law Office of Jilbert Tahmazian. The following year he worked at the Law Office of Bryman & Apelian, and he also served as corporate counsel for Diamond Reference Laboratory. By 2010 he was employed as a lawyer at LabCorp. Each role expanded his exposure to both plaintiff-side litigation and corporate legal work. The variety informed how he approaches case strategy later on.
In 2015 Rajaee became a partner at RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers. That promotion marked a shift to a leadership role. As partner he has taken on trial responsibilities, supervised case development, and worked on settlement negotiations. He is listed among Super Lawyers’ Top Rated Lawyers, a recognition that appears on his professional record.
Outside the office Rajaee has remained active in legal and community organizations. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the Iranian American Bar Association, and he belongs to the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Lawyers of California. He has volunteered with the International Society of Children with Cancer since 2012. These affiliations reflect a mix of professional engagement and civic involvement.
Colleagues describe him as practical in court and methodical in preparation. He keeps a hands-on approach to discovery and trial work. He also draws on his corporate experience when managing complex evidence and expert witness issues. His background gives him familiarity with both litigation mechanics and the demands of medical-legal cases.
Rajaee remains based in California and practices at RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers. He handles personal injury matters and related litigation for clients in state courts, balancing courtroom advocacy with case management and client communication. He continues to accept cases in the personal injury field and to serve clients in California.
